Cuppa it doesn't matter who makes the comment a bad attitude is a bad attitude and I have been finding a couple of key posters in particular have what I consider to be a VERY bad attitude. Most of the attitude here is a happy one with respect to prices potentially coming down, that in itself is not so bad depending on how the comment is framed - but will not necessarily be well received by all. Just like someone may be happy at increasing their rent and hence return on their investment, it may not necessarily be well received but at the same token most won't gloat to the affected person.
