Sorry to disappoint - I am long (12+ months), but cautious.
ORRI wells needed to be drilled else we would of had to give up the leases.
As many have suggested here CHK sometimes act before they think, hence drill before 3D - or maybe they were forced to. Maybe they liked SSNs approach so much and the 3Ds, that they decided to do their own.
Don't get me wrong, there are positives in the play and I am happy to wiat for initial results.
