"It is unfortunate that Verte's significant achievements and at its own expense in facilitating Letters of Intent of investment of World leading Asian fertiliser company and large scale Asian engineering, procurement and construction companies for Minemakers Wonarah Phosphate project could not meet expectations of the MAK board."
Yes I would agree, very unfortunate for Verte & those they were representing. But very fortunate for MAK & its holders. It is a credit to AD & the rest of the board & management team that they refused to be coerced into a deal that was second-rate. Accordingly I am greatly encouraged that NMDC's proposal must be worth a good deal more than Verte were ever proposing, to warrant Verte getting the shove so quickly & comprehensively. At the same time Rana Som sounds very up-beat thru the Indian Press. It's shaping up wonderfully after a good wait, but a worthy wait I believe it'll be. Bring on the TH & MoU after a bit more of SP run.
Good luck to all
