...gee i wouldnt out a cent into some managed fund..i would rather manage my own fund... ...i have a friend who has lost the best part of 300K in an unlisted property trust that is still frozen since the GFC and all he has seen is the unit price of the fund continue to fall...he cant get his money out as its frozen...big joke those funds... ...best advice is managem your own fund...and if u cant do that get some decent interest bearing bank account hey presto....
