insider, yes certainly not indicating it will be an overnight success story ...
but i really think that peregrine have shown in the past that they generally get their share issues away before a major announcement. i suspect cabe is on the right track and the dreams of a major commercial partnership are not too far away.
as for medicvision. it woiuld certainly be in the interests of existing shareholders if the price can go for a run in the next month or so ... i note the second tranche will be based on prevailing shareprice ... so would be good if it were higher to ensure less dilution (such as it is).
also good to see that medicvision don;t even get a second tranche payment unless they sell a epidural training unit in the interim (although one suspects this hurdle is all but a formality this stage -- so we have the likelihood of a medicvision sale announcement at some point -- when presumably we will get some revenue figures) ...
