Bryan Davies is in KM's camp. The dissident shareholders are calling for the remmoval of KM, Bryan Davies et al.
Bryan Davies was former exec director at Pasminco and we all know where Pasminco ended!
Does anyone know or would like to guess what the dissident shareholders' 1. grievances are and 2. how they plan to take the company forward? If the issue is only with KM, he has offered to step down as chairman so the issue should have been resolved.
I am not for or against, just like to have a better idea of what is going on.
Also I wonder if the dissident shareholders have been selling TZN down to 30c to force the issue? They have achieved their aim so the selling pressure is off and the SP has made a tentative recovery.
