Who's getting excited? I am merely posting what is in the public arena.
The disclaimer is standard commentary and if you read other broker's reports, you will read the same or similar. In fact, there's rarely anything written these days without a disclaimer.
On another note, I don't give two hoots whether a "thumbs up" is applied to my posts or not, however, it seems whenever any poster who holds shares gets one, there is always someone around to apply a thumbs down! Three up and two down already.
IMO there is a concerted effort to discredit anyone who may have something positive to post or say. We all know we're on shaky ground but while there's life, there's hope and crazy as it may seem, at these levels, I continue to buy.
