I think it was you who had previously suggested a 20% stake in Prima by one of the big pharma's during late stage phaselll post 1st positive interim data reporting, which I personally agree would provide a win/win for all parties involved.
Firstly, they would not have any interest in selling as do most of the insto's and a 20% stake in 18 months after receiving 1st data reports when our sp could very easily hit +$6.40 / US$192.00 each ADR (to use BRR's very fair calculation) would put a very healthy dollar figure in Prima's coffers...
193,000,000 x $5.12 (20% discount) = $988,160,000
At such a late stage of clinical trials big pharma would consider this peanuts for a 20% stake in a new blockbuster drug when it is frequently reported that their R&D spend for developing each new drug is well over $1billion along with the added risk and knowledge that many of these never make it to commercialisation.
All imo. We still have hurdles to cross before any such lucrative deals might be realized
