Abbott wont introduce a carbon tax because he wont have to. He knows Labor will do it. Abbott is playing politics and instead thinks that he can fool people that he doesnt intend using taxpayers money to fund his direct action plan when in fact he wouldl be using everyones taxes to do so. He will however also be introducing a big new tax to fund his billion dollar paid parental scheme so he can give more to the more well off.
According to the learned HC climate change deniers on this forum to be a free thinker one has to accept the word of those who call it a scam and offer nothing else. Sorry folks to me such people are in fact closed mind conspiracy theorists that haunt this forum. I prefer Malcolm Turnbull and John Hewsons and Malcom Frasers point of view rather than the extremist garbage about scams on this forum. In fact John Howard took the issue of a price on carbon to the 2007 election so he didnt believe its a scam.
