yes - STI may already own the rights - but it appears Immune has come up with

a: a novel sublingual delivery (proprietary I assume)
b: a further development not covered under the current license agreement

how it all pans out - only time will tell, as always

besides it appears STI wasn't doing too much with it anyways - so this might give this another push and possibly some activity

But then there is to be an EGM and SH can raise all sort of issues - in a forum that might be able to give you answers and not wild guesses; depends on wether you actually want to get to the truth or are happier "knowing it all"
