When a placement was made ( I am too lazy to trawl through th post to find it ) I did notice that it had been taken up by Professional Investors AND Financial Institutions. Correct me if I am wrong.
They obviously have not taken a large position yet but are interested enough to test the water.
Reading the Contract was a real effort and I can see why it took so long to draft. The point that caught my eye is that APG can do nothing with the shares without the approval of the Kronos Board.Nor can they borrow money without said consent.Otherwise I see no problem with it.
I think MT did a good job overall and cannot understand why the SP has taken such a hammering. I believe it will take off again in 6 months time, being the volatile share that it is.
This my opinion and I am entitled to express it
