I understand all that...somebody, in fact, emailed me that very information.
But also know that the DOR held a symposium last year which the ALC's Enviro Officer attended and he was told specifically that it was being held because the DOR didn't have the expertise to make a call...maybe re the "Groote Project" because of the unique environmental factors.
If it's all so straight forward why aren't GOT mapping as I write? Why have they withdrawn their application to the EPBC? Why haven't they lodged an MMP with DOR?
Anyhow back to Groote today and once again in the front line re all this stuff. Will always post any relevant information that comes to hand.
