Welcome to the world of PXS Worthind. Agreed, the issue is what Robertson knew that the average shareholder did not at the time he sold his shares. Had he (or the company) had any dealings prior to that time that would lead them to reasonably expect a negative outcome from the vote? it would be astounding if the committee had not flagged any concerns and if they had, and it would be equally astounding if a reasonable person (e.g a CEO) did not regard that as a negative signal. And if he had that info and the shareholders did not, then......
