    Japar, if you cannot see the conflicts of interest here, you are living in lala land.

    If all was above board, Peter Boonen would have disclosed that he was/is a Director of Immune Network and that Allen Bain is the CEO of Immune Network and a Director of Zodiac.

    Check out the announcement. There is definately something very unethical about this.
