hartleys new report, page-19

my reservations are not so much with the company as with other's expectations - people keep mentioning the Hartley "valuation" well clearly the market is at odds with that..... the problem has been for a while that there are no buyers, the small sellers therefore dominate..... why are there no buyers? because it's a long time between drinks with HOG so I'm not expecting much change in sp for some time.....
