This is what I'm also thinking L. ESI don't need Tincom now, or at least not as much as before. They can afford to let Tincom loose.
If what another poster says about some other Chinese outfit being in town to discuss Coldry is right then things could start to heat up. Of course this is just speculation that can't be relied upon.
