    Japar,

The lawsuit did not proceed because the statute of limitation saved PB from having to explain his actions, but yes it is the same Peter Boonen. You might also want to do some reseach on another company he was a Director in more recently, MDM Group. A lot of very angry shareholders.

You might think this is all above board, and if it involved any other company, of which Peter Boonen and Allen Bain were not major shareholders in, than I would tend to agree with you.

But, I just don't understand how you cannot see the problem with the Immune Network working on a tablet form of ImmunoXel when these two are CEO and Director, and they never mentioned a word, and in my opinion, tried to hide the fact.

Shares are being transferred (if this proceeds, which it probably will as they only have to conduct meetings with themselves) to Immune Network, diluting your holdings yet again, and STI is selling the right to exclusively market a superior and improved version of ImmunoXel to a company they control.

Why are Peter Boonen and Allen Bain giving STI's ImmunoXel rights to a company that they stand to make a great deal of money from if it proves successful? Money which should be rightly going to STI shareholders exclusively.

But feel free to trust them.
