Does the share price reflect the intrinsie value of $$N business?

Given the operational delays, how will it reflect in the upcoming financial reports, most importantly, cash flow from operations? Debt repayments effect on cash flow from financing?

Are all these delays and reactions to stock price just a market NOISE?

With my huge margin of safety, I may have watched my assets depreciate significantly, but it does not change my outlook on $$N upside potentials.

I will wait for the outcomes of this short term play and respond when the SP is significantly at a discount of its intrinsic value.
