I would like to agree with you on these points here Chawkey but I really doubt there are many insto's in our market who know this company well.
12.5mil shares @ 32c locks in 500k profit. Insto's like Ord would jump at these profits in a heartbeat... this company also widely publicised for stepping outside their mandate.
I hold long and hope I'm proven very wrong. I just find it a little too coincidental that a nicely leaked & pumped up announcement is presented the day before 75mil is placed in the hands of these people.
