Just doing some investigation. Those 1M shares Warren bought are held in his Kantech fund, which is not the shares he sold. He sold all his shares in strange holdins and roughly 15% of his shares held in Strange investments.

However, these shares may have had a value even higher than those purchased on market as when the merger was done CKK was trading circa 30 cents.

I guess it could be selling to lower a tax bill but in my head you still want to get as high a price as possible
