Also ,if I remember correctly , PRR was going to raise $18 million but increased it to $21 million because of the extra demand , which was scaled back as the institutions had pushed their demand to over $28 million & monies were returned.
So you would think , based on that , those same institutions will be waiting to see how tomorrow pans out before diving in , some what , to meet their initial demand/request.
I also reckon we are a dead cert on going to be scaled back on our personal applications ,especially after todays announcement.
I will be applying for the full $15,000 worth but will be happy with $10 to $12 thousand which is about where I think we will end up at.
