they've definately bottomed ....it's just a matter now as to how good the news going forward is . Unfortunately there is pressure on the company to keep the news good because the SP has tanked and there's plenty of disgruntleds and disbelievers out there. They need to keep it nice and simple i.e projects on hand are profitable or at least paying excees, funding for future projects is either in place or there is a believable game plan on the table , costs, consultancies and whatever other hangers on have their hands out are being reigned in and under control. There's been a nice little turn in the market for the specs in the last couple of days so the time is ripe .I still hate the market action on this one but you don't need to be einstein to know that
