I should say that I am a sceptical person by nature. I do find it difficult to trust any management. From wages to bonuses, to directors fees, super and free options, they get it good.

I am not in favour at all of rewarding anyone for an April 2012 first shipment date. That is a failure to meet our expected targets and therefore should be theirs too. I made this pretty clear to Ian. But we cannot kill off those (the employees) that get us into shipment, so what do you do?

And yeah, it was drivel, but it was our conversation, so take it or leave it! Call the office yourself if you want, their number is on the website!

At the end of the day, you either trust management or you dont - I fully understand why investors are finding it difficult to trust them based on these resolutions, but by using history as a guide, i see that we shareholders have been looked after pretty well. Is Ian the best person for the job? I dont know - show me an alternative and then I can decide!! No-one is indespensable!!
