There are 23M shares available to buy at 0.004c. For $92,000, someone could buy the lot. Why is this not happening? Andrew Meehan bought stock at 1.2c. It's now 70% cheaper but we are just not seeing any serious buying. Bargains do appear in equity markets but they generally don't last long. Either the market is correct and 0.003c is all it's worth or the market has got it totally wrong and it's the bargain of a lifetime.
Time will tell.
