    Hi Ewere.

I hear what you're saying and remember well all the talk about Lockheed Martin, among others. But the company is much further advanced now that it was then, or ever has been. Lee has stated several times that they are transitioning from an R&D outfit into a commercial production company. He wouldn't make that claim lightly. They have settled on their go-to-market products and are focussing all their (limited) resources on achieving that goal.

In this respect we have never had an anouncement openly discussing a potential partnership with a company the calibre of Colt, let alone access to their global customer base.

Yes, there is significant work yet to be on capital reconstruction, but none of it is insurmountable with the right partner. The market interest in MST is clearly visible now. One volume contract will do the trick.

I held Chemeq several years ago and got dusted when Harmony pulled the plug. I sense the situation is different this time. Seems to me, and Terry O'Dwyer has said as much, but MST's partners, advisors, financiers including Harmony and STK, are all behind them, and possibly even cutting them some slack to make sure, or at least to give them every opportunity to make sure, it happens. As Lee said in his address, it requires a degree of mental toughness to get us across the line. I think Lee and everyone involved with the company possess the required mental toughness and we WILL achieve commercial success.

When we do, look out, because the current market cap factors in nothing except failure.

Only time will tell whether I'm right or wrong, but if they came out tomorrow with another SPP I'd back them with my money.
