I agree ACB. This long and unprecedented mining boom is sending our whole economy out of kilter. More of the windfall profits being made by many miners should be used for balancing the national economy. While massive mining profits are fundamentally a good thing for the nation they have been responsible for a big rise in the A$ which is hurting other industries particularly tourism. Dave R.
