Yes, the shares will pop up in your online portfolio automatically. I use Etrade and the only thing I need to do is alter the cost basis of the placement parcel to the SPP price, so the percentage gain/loss is displayed correctly. (The system puts them on my portfolio as 0 cents cost basis)
