Your points are very interesting but if the actions of The Director or Non Executive Directors dont constitute a decisive breach of regulatory and financial guidelines as outlined within the prospectus then nobody can be prosecuted . Corporate negligence and poor financial management is not an offence thus any parties operating within The Company around this time cant be prosecuted but you have to wonder about the appropriateness of The companys accounting policies and procedures and why any financial discrepencies were allowed to go largely unrealised when a high level of financial negligence was effectively occuring under their noses and the audit committee was not prepared to take any responsibility for the deteriorating financial state of Gulf and the subsequent impact it has had on The Company . As a direct result of poor governance and substandard accounting and financial practices we are now left with a valueless shell and a voulcher circling with an eye on his 400K payout . Yes the future looks very bright and now can you understand why I am so cynical towards past Management .
