After the company goes commercial, then criticise its efforts.
Until it is commercial ESI will hence be percieved as being in a struggle.

That is the natrue of all Micro Cap Stocks and why they attract transient investors who manage their risk based on the companies direction.

All the fundamentals of the company matter to get a total position on the company.
I feel the company just improved its position in the International Market by removing a speedhump sitting in its path.
The scope of the projects that ESI has already studied place them in good stead professionally.
Having a headstart on a commercial project by already having feasibility, financial and design reports is a hugely practical thing within the sales process.

Being able to show actual reports while pushing a sale is much easier than having the client make critical decisions in the board room when being pitched.
Feeding the client with graphs of actuals and not hypotheticals - including architectural elements, drawings etc should increase the chances of an international Joint Venture. These things are facts in the sales world.

If 'ready' status applied, a Plant fastrack could be on the cards after the Design for Tender is ready.
