ok here's the link retrieved as you described Butchy. It does not goto page 43 only 23 and I couldnt find the list you posted. However...
Page 5 says 3 key things :
1. They have +60% market share of europe al slag recycling market
2. Total recycling capacity: 630,000 tons of salt slags
3. Total market in Europe: approx. 1 million ton
NOTE the use of the word "capacity" in point 2, and the figure is straight from the Befesa link provided earlier where it states they actually processed a LOT less than that.
That aside IMO this is all a bit of a moot point as Magix, SUper, IE etc have all pointed out MHM has the most profitable method of processing the slag in a closed loop and therefore all other things being equal should be the method of choice.
