Without offence Ikey, but, do you mean to say that the Banks in Cloncurry would pay interest rates to someone that has a lot of cash, in excess of what they would get in return from relending that money out to someone else ?
Are you sure that you are talking about a Bank here ?
Maybe a Legal Firm that lend the money out to someone as bridging finance would get those rates, but a Bank ??
