Hi All,

I wanted to take this opportunity to share with the group a bit of observation about my impressions from the agm, sorry if a bit late.

First let me say that it was a real pleasure to meet some of our fellow HotCopperites and POHsters there. A very interesting and personable bunch. It is truly amazing the knowledge of the industry and of POH that some of these people have and I would like to thank you all for your many hours of hard work and dedication to obtain and maintain this knowledge and then taking the time to share it with us all here on HC. You are certainly making this better and easier for all of us and I greatly appreciate the efforts.

I will just offer a few observations about the meeting as I think much of the detail has been covered so well from the others that have preceded me with there after action reviews.

1)Dr. Esra Ogru- Have to agree with Oscar, she has certainly become the "face" of POH and I think that we could not be in better hands. As strong as her performances have been on TVSN, giving us some rare insight into the persona of our CEO, to my mind she is even more impressive in person, thinking on her feet in such a dynamic environment with a plethora of varied questions coming at her from all directions is a challenging test and she handles it with ease. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, sincerity, energy, and grace stand out for all to see and I feel that we are very lucky to have her at the helm. I have known a lot of excellent CEO's (and some not so excellent:-)) over the years and I can't think of anyone I would rather have running our company.

2)In so far as the overall mood of the management and board that I talked with, I picked up a definite sense of heavily restrained enthusiasm. Seems to me that there are lots of good things coming that they just cannot talk about yet. My impression is that the lawyers are really reining them in, which I guess is to be expected in this extremely litigious age we live in. In any event I expect many more excellent announcements over the coming months as things develop.

3)There will certainly be the need for more more capital, not sure how much will have to be raised in the market though considering the variables of cash flow from operations and potentially cash flow from licensing/partnership deals. We are just going to have to wait and see how this develops.

Well, that's a few thoughts for now, I will add further if I think of anything else.
