Paying out cash suggests management cannot come up with a better usage of the cash including buying EXS shares (which they say are under-valued).
I would have thought there are better opportunities around.
They do mention they will look at acquisitions after payout with cash that is left.
By definition they will be more restricted in their opportunities then than they are with the cash in hand.
