Amazingfaces I do understand that what you're trying to get accross and I too believe it's a formality but still there is a true serious side to this phase, success with the Load Bank in my opinion should be very significant, having said this you maybe right, it may not have the desired effect that we'd like on the sp, I believe that if we get the thumbs up from this and the sp does nothing much, I'd say this is great to grab as many more shares as we can before the real sp in cnx catches up.

Obviously all this aside we all would like to see the DERM chapter successfully completed!!
