Only 6 of 40 have been terminated, there are 15 pre sales left to finalise. Some terminated buyers have had to buy one of the remaining apartments, others are bring sued for damages. There is a contract in place, the buyer has to either (1)specifically perform, (2)pay damages or (3)risk being made bankrupt. Thats property.
