AGM resolutions are interesting as they appear to be handing out shares & options like confetti (even to a related party) along with an unexpected 10:1 consolidation. Everyone needs to get set - takes sometimes years with this crowd before they spike on huge volume, then disintegrates. When? Perhap wait for Old Park Lane and even brokers that appear to be family members of CCC (as has happened), begin herding UK traders into their own forums plus wait for real money to be inserted into the entity rather than debt. With 2b shares on offer, they'll have approx 200m - I expect they'll have 1b shares on offer again in a few years post consolidation. Just my cynical thoughts.
