No need, I think you pretty much corrected yourself, although using your definition of ongoing delays, i.e. an event scheduled for the future might not happen on time, in your opinion, we can now all jump on any thread on HotCopper and mock the company for not keeping to future time lines and continuing to not keep to them. This will be great fun.

Using another commonly utilised method of waiting until a projected date is past to determine the extent or existence of delays, there are none of any kind in the U.S.
