A point not raised so far is that when companies arrive at the kind of point ORD is now, investment banks start calling on the company and making pitches for a CR. How much do the investment banks scare the company in a discussion of risk isssues, and how steeled and setttled is the company in terms of its implementation strategies, including the finance ones? We can only speculate.
