I'm a long time member of that forum and boy! do I have the scars to prove it. The banks' unwillingness to roll over IO loans is something no one seemed to consider but there must be an awful lot of loans reaching that mark.
There is a poll there which shows 66% of members are still in the market, willing to buy. Half of them qualify by saying "If they find a bargain". Well, isn't that ALWAYS the case?
