15 would be a market cap of about $105mm. Would seem a bit cheap to me on fundamentals, even given the production difficulties. I suspect you could quickly develop that sort of value (less the cash part) with focus just on the sandstone reservoirs.
Not saying it won't dip to 15, and certainly looks reasonable odds 20 will break, but we are starting to get to the point where value is imo obvious.
