Placing single sell orders of 200,000 shares at 1 cent intervals just above the action, and then dropping these orders downs as the share price retreats, is what made me interpret it as capping to flush out sellers and stop losses. this has been happening over the past week or so that I have noticed. Now retreat is established they won't be so active.
