GOT do have permission to submit what they intend to do from an exploratory point of view and subject to this being accepted will proceed to do explore - they have up till now tried to keep the TOs wishes (those they can achieve in mind) - after that if they find a resource and submit and achieve all the relevant environmental and mining approvals they will then seek a JV or funding to make things happen provided the feasibility of the project stacks up - in all this they will operate within the legal framework of the law and whilst the TO's can object it will be dealt with within the framework of this law and success would be unlikely until such time as the law is changed -
Discussion here seems to have wandered away from this and to a large degree GOT themselves are to blame for this as they have failed to lay out the time frame for any of the above
