I would love to buy my new car for 60% less too, and another couple of houses for 60% less, and everything else at huge discounts... but the old saying... dont count your chickens until they hatch... may catch you out..
when I did listen to the armegeddon group, quite a few years ago....I missed out on some wonderful opportunities, and instead of the prices dropping, they increased to so far out of my range...that it was then impossible to get in to that area... reminder to some here, there are people who sold out in 2000, at what they thought was to top of the market...and were still here 7 years later, with no hope of getting back in... maybe we will follow Europe, and become a country of renters, nothing wrong with renting....
