And in fact I don't care. The only comparison that should ever be drawn between stocks and property is that different areas as are alike as different stocks ie QBE is BHP.
So if I own BHP, dont care what QBE is doing.
Have never bought in QLD and WA as they also seemed like junk stocks that rise and fall just like THAT!
