There is only problem I can see, if terry agrees to this and the drilling happens before the Hal wells? terry will be mindful that the better areas may be in the centre etc of our retained acreage? If the 3d shows a large difference in the two, terry will properly say no to the deal.
Who would want Samson's first well in the Niobrara to be only a average well. Terry wants the first well to be a gusher? So unless the resistivity levels are close, the Hal wells still maybe the ones to do?
Terrys will do the best thing for us all, Im certain of that.
