Yeah the SEC Filing was purely to establish that the Peter Boonen of World Callnet is in fact the same Peter Boonen (well, like I said, *overwhelmingly likely* the same Peter Boonen). It's the link to the other lawsuit that is of concern.

There has been a heap of ramping by holders on this forum over the years, though the usual suspects seem to have gone silent of late. At least a few of these posts have been of the nature 'I know something... wait for ann' (though none have actually divulged information in advance). However this happens all over the forum on other stocks as well, so isn't necessarily anything suspect.

Someone like Japar might wonder why I post at all. I'm not sure if he considers me a downramper, but a downramper will create new threads, or post off topic in an existing thread, just to pipe up and discuss how bad a stock or company is. I don't do that, I'm more about providing balance - if nobody posted on this forum (or instead posted what I consider balanced views), you would rarely, if at all, hear from me.
