roughly at that time some on this forum will start claiming that they have just gotten A BARGAIN (like they knew and like they did before...blablabla)...
that will signify the last attempt of RE agenture to 'persuade' people into coming to auctions!
after that...its 'every man for himself' stage !
and only after that one is sorted (not before) should we even contemplate researching in order to purchase !
