I read a few years ago (and then checked for myself) that countries well endowed with oil are generally poorly endowed with coal ... and vice versa.

It is true imo ... most likely the reason being that geological/biological processes that form coal and oil are quite different.

So, how far does Dr B intend to pump his CO2 by-product from coal generated UCG to pump down oil fields which in all likelihood are nowhere near the coal fields in order to to enhance oil recovery?
