People make advertisements to sell something. In that ad they set out to say that we are producing carbon dioxide (well actually I do not recall them saying CO2) which contaminates our air. However they us Carbon which is particulate, as you well know, to illustrate the point. Particulates produce a very understandable reaction in people because they are visible. Consequently they evoke a reaction against CO2 because they think they are seeing the nasty bit but it is not, it is carbon. It is a subtle lie yet it is a lie.
They want tio reduce cO2 BUT use carbon to sell it.
I5 is a deliberate lie to fool the simple minded or those who really do not know science.
Surely you would support the proper use of science even if it is difficult to do so.
