I'm thousands of Ks away from Melb and the unit market here is a disaster area.
One set of units I drive past was completed almost two years ago but more than three quarters still look to be vacant. Worst case possibly because they spent their millions opposite a drop-in centre and the park where the itinerants hang out. But the whole market is stuffed.
